The price is held for seven days, so there is time to talk it over at home.
We come to you
Choose a day, any day of the week. We collect from your address and pay you there, by bank transfer or cash.
Asking for a valuation
Fill in the valuation form, call free on 0800 206 2293, or send the registration, mileage and a few photos on WhatsApp. Tell us the trim, any damage or faults, whether it is left-hand drive or on foreign plates, and anything about parking or access at the address.
Your offer, held for 7 days
We come back with a price. There is no pressure to say yes there and then: the offer holds for seven days.
Collection from your door
Pick a day and a time. We collect from your home, street, workplace, farm, yard or storage unit, anywhere in the UK, and from mainland Europe if needed. Collection is free and we are open 7 days a week.
Paid the same day
We check the car matches the description and the paperwork is in order, then pay you by bank transfer or cash before we drive away. Nothing is deducted.
What to have ready
- The V5C registration document
- Photo ID such as a driving licence or passport
- All keys, plus any service history and MOT paperwork
- For business sellers, the details needed for your invoice and VAT records
How it works: your questions
How long does it take?
Ask for a valuation and we come back with an offer. Once you accept, we arrange collection from your address at a time that suits you, any day of the week, and you are paid the same day.
How long is my offer valid?
Seven days from the date we give it, provided the car matches the description you gave us.
Do you charge for collection?
No. Collection is free, and there are no admin or transfer fees either.
Can I be paid in cash?
Yes. You choose bank transfer or cash on collection day.
